All our customer service is done by our own staff. We all work closely with the tapestries and can answer your guestions about colors, texture and quality. Order from us with confidence. Call or email us for more information on any tapestry or for help with placing your order.

Our guarantee is simple. If you’re not satisfied with any item, for any reason, simply return it prepaid within 30 days for exchange or refund. Refunds will be in full.

If you’d like to exchange any item that doesn’t work, call our toll free number for help in reselecting. We sincerely want to be of service and we’re happy to answer your questions about designs, colors, sizes, etc.

Before returning an item, please call for a Return Authorization number. When we receive your return, the RA number makes it easy to identify the item as yours, and we can quickly process the refund. Please pack securely and we suggest you insure for full value.

All tapestries are shipped by United Parcel Service, UPS. Free shipping on all tapestries.

The digital images we display have the most accurate color possible. However, due to differences in computer monitors, we cannot be responsible for variations in color between the actual product and your screen.
